The Business:

OFX is an Australian international money services provider based in Sydney, Australia. They are an ASX listed company and have over 400 staff. To date, OFX have helped over 1 million clients worldwide and have transferred over AU$150 billion. Current offices are located in London, Sydney, Auckland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Toronto, San Francisco and Dublin.

The Challenges:

Prior to engaging activpayroll, OFX utilised three different payroll providers for all of their countries of operation, however, in some locations even though the provider was the same, a different system was used which resulted in time-consuming management of multiple payrolls, systems and login credentials. This unstructured approach brought significant inefficiencies including annual leave which was difficult to record or track properly, along with multiple payroll processes. At this point, OFX understood they needed one system for their truly international presence which they could trust and rely on. Activpayroll was designated as the new global payroll provider.
