Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps activpayroll has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. It also reflects our compliance with similar legislation in other jurisdictions where we operate, including Australia, the USA, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, UAE and the EU (France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands).

2. Our Business and Structure

activpayroll is a payroll outsourcing company headquartered in the United Kingdom, with operations in the European Union, United States, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and South Africa. We employ approximately 400 people globally and work with a diverse network of suppliers and partners.

3. Our Policies

We are committed to ethical business practices and have implemented the following policies:

  • Ethical Sourcing Policy

These policies are reviewed annually and are communicated to all employees and suppliers.

Due diligence includes supplier audits, contractual obligations, and third-party assessments.
