Partnership

In practice: A customer is struggling with a complex tax compliance issue in a country you don’t have expertise in. Partnership means you don’t just send them a link to a guide - you set up a call to understand their specific challenges, bring in colleagues from tax and mobility, and work together to create a solution that fits their situation. 

Excellence

In practice: You have a payroll report to send to a customer that you’re almost sure is accurate, but the format is hard to read. Excellence means you don’t just send it to move on — you double-check the figures and improve the formatting so the customer receives something they can trust and easily understand. 

Accountability

In practice: You’ve committed to delivering a payroll implementation by a certain date, but a dependency is delayed. Accountability means you don’t stay silent — you inform the customer early, explain the impact, and work with them to adjust timelines or find alternatives. 

Commitment

In practice: A customer’s global expansion project hits unexpected regulatory hurdles in a country where you have less knowledge. Commitment means you stay engaged, help them navigate the complexity, and work with internal teams and partners to find solutions — rather than stepping back because it’s outside the original scope, or offloading the issue to a colleague.  

 

Expertise

In practice: You notice that there are upcoming regulatory changes in one of your key customer areas. Expertise means you proactively research the impact, prepare guidance for customers, and brief your team so everyone is ready before the changes take effect.
