Mark has had a very successful career in the Human Capital Management (HCM) sector and brings over 30 years of experience to the team, having worked for leading health and wellbeing insurance and services companies, flexible benefits providers and for the past 15 years, global payroll services.
From running various departments, including Operations, Business Development, Client Account Management and Strategic Alliance Development, Mark has been at the heart of evolving organisations propositions in order to meet ever changing market developments.
The new hire marks the latest appointment in a series of newly-created roles at activpayroll, designed to further strengthen the management team and ensure the business has the strategic capabilities required for the next stage of international growth.
As part of his role, Mark will be responsible for managing and developing activpayroll’s valuable ecosystem of strategic alliances, in addition to working closely with CEO Alison Sellar and leading the Business Development, Contracts & Commercials and PR & Marketing teams.
