Centerfield Media offers a technology platform, Dugout, and consumer guides that help businesses purchase the right products and services for their home and business.

    Multiple HR systems result in lost staff hours

    Before partnering with activpayroll and UKG, Centerfield Media used separate HR management solutions and individual payroll providers for North America and Jamaica. Onboarding and tracking employee data was time-consuming and overly reliant on internal resources. In accounting, the main challenge was generating validated reports. The lack of integration led to lost staff hours due to manual consolidation and validation of payroll and HR data. Accounting and HR teams had to operate within labour-intensive processes, limiting time for core business operations.

    Integration provides more global payroll control & accuracy

    Centerfield Media deployed UKG Pro as its global HR solution and US payroll solution before implementing the integration with activpayroll’s activ8 platform. This integration provides access to global HR data, including employee demographics, banking, and payroll information. The UKG Pro integration brings together American and Jamaican data into a cohesive global payroll solution, improving visibility, introducing notifications and support, and automating tasks to reduce errors and duplication.

    Efficient processes & more time for staff

    The activpayroll and UKG Pro integration replaced all manual HR and payroll processes, reduced lost hours due to inaccurate reporting, and improved processing accuracy. Cost savings and time returned to HR and Accounting teams enable greater productivity and focus on ensuring timely global payroll operations.
