A global payroll solution for a global business

Cetified offer a technology platform, Dugout, and leading consumer guides that engage with in-market consumers to help businesses purchase the right product or service, including internet connections, TV plans, phone, and security, for their home and business.

Multiple HR systems result in lost staff hours

Before partnering with activpayroll and UKG, Centerfield Media were using a separate HR management solution and individual payroll providers for North America and Jamaica. From a HR perspective, Centerfield Media’s process for onboarding new employees and tracking data was time-consuming and over reliant on Centerfield resources to collect and move data. In accountancy the biggest challenge was generating validated reports. Due to a lack of integration of USA and Jamaica payroll, staff hours were lost due to a significant increase in manual tasks in an effort to consolidate, validate and process people and payroll data. Complexities forced Centerfield’s Accounting and HR teams to work with ineffective and labour-intensive processes, leaving limited time to focus on business operations.

Integration provides more global payroll control & accuracy

Centerfield Media deployed UKG Pro as their global HR solution and USA payroll solution before implementing the UKG Pro integration to activpayroll’s activ8 platform. The integration provides HR data which includes global employee demographics, banking and employee information. The seamless UKG Pro integration has brought together American and Jamaican data onto one cohesive global payroll solution. This has brought more visibility of the entire employee data, introduced notifications and customer support to ensure compliance and for the first time has introduced much needed automation to reduce manual tasks and give staff time back. This has also reduced duplication and human error due to a lack of control of payroll data.

Efficient processes & more time for staff

The activpayroll and UKG Pro integration has replaced all manual processes Centerfield Media was previously enduring with HR and payroll-related data, reduced lost hours due to inaccurate reporting and improved processing accuracy. Cost savings and time given back to the HR and Accounting teams now allows them to be more productive and focus on supporting staff and ensuring timely payments are delivered globally, on time.
