I am both honoured and excited to introduce myself as the new Chief Executive Officer of activpayroll. I have been with activpayroll for over 12 years, most recently serving as Chief Operations Officer, and this is a business I am deeply passionate about. I am extremely grateful for the trust placed in me by the shareholders and I am committed to leading us forward with dedication to our customers, our people and our partners.

Your trust, loyalty, and feedback have been instrumental in shaping who we are today. I want to assure you that delivering unmatched expertise, maintaining our commitment to service excellence, and standing behind every commitment we make will remain at the heart of everything we do.
I’m pleased to announce that Andrew Philp, our Corporate Development Officer in Kuala Lumpur, will be our new Chief Financial Officer. Having spent time across multiple functions within the business, Andrew is uniquely placed to lead a key focus for us which is to evolve the Finance function to strengthen its connection with our customers. I have every confidence that he will continue to make a big impact in this new role.
In addition, I am pleased to announce that our Founders, Alison and Euan Sellar, will further support our business in the important roles of Executive Advisors. Alison and Euan have built this company from the ground up, establishing a strong foundation of integrity, ambition, and customer focus — values that I am committed to continuing as we move forward. As Executive Advisors, they will provide strategic guidance and counsel, drawing on their deep knowledge of the business and industry. Their experience will help shape key decisions and offer valuable insight as we navigate our next phase of growth. I look forward to their ongoing support as we continue to build upon the legacy they’ve created.
As I step into this role, my focus is on building an even stronger partnership with you and to continually raise the bar for service delivery and excellence.
