With 60 new customers this year, activpayroll now serves 1,200 of the world’s best companies, and the customer list continues to grow.
To support the growth, the payroll specialist is deepening its investment in its people. The firm has a global workforce of 227 colleagues covering all time zones, reflecting 30% headcount growth in the last 12 months. The company expects to continue to add skilled professionals across all its locations in the coming year to match the demand from customers worldwide: this year activpayroll opened an office in Dublin, Ireland, and is opening their third Scottish office in Glasgow, to continue to create jobs in Scotland and tap into the excellent talent pool there.
Jason Allen, activpayroll’s newly-appointed CEO, remarked; “We are proud to be a Scottish-based business which continues to deliver on a global scale for our customers. Our international growth, exceptional people and investment in the future, all point to our ambition to deliver for our customers wherever they need us”.
Nick Southwell, CFO at activpayroll, noted: “The underlying business is strong and resilient and there is so much potential here. The growth in the business despite all the headwinds this year is phenomenal”.
Under Jason Allen’s leadership and with the support of the new shareholder, activpayroll is integrating a new executive team and is further building the capacity and capability to successfully serve customers and grow the business, building on the very strong foundations already in place. The revenue growth and sustained performance demonstrates the strength and opportunity to serve our customers wherever they need expert support.
