Carbon reduction plan

We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 169.13tCO2e by 2030. This is a reduction of 25%. Once we are confident that we have done everything to reduce our emissions, we will look to offset the remaining CO2e to secure carbon-neutral status.

Our Carbon Reduction Projects & Initiatives include:

• Only travel by air if absolutely necessary

• Moving our customers to electronic payslips

• Encouraging employees to work with documents digitally with a strict no print policy

• Ensure that all future plans and policies asses the environmental impact that may occur due to the standards they enforce
