The award recognises excellence in global payroll service delivery and the value providers bring to their clients, making it a significant recognition of the expertise, commitment and collaboration behind our work.
With more than 500 clients across 150+ countries, our teams manage the complexities of global payroll every day, combining technology, local knowledge and global expertise with a strong focus on client experience.
Over the past year, activpayroll has maintained client retention above 98%, achieved payroll accuracy exceeding 99% and enhanced the client experience through initiatives such as Payroll Pulse, our real-time post-payroll feedback programme.
This recognition reflects the standards our people set across the business and the work that happens behind the scenes to keep payroll accurate, compliant and moving for clients around the world.
