The board of activpayroll is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Callaghan as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman.
Steve has a considerable track record of growing and transforming businesses, specialising in software and services on an international scale.
Steve has held a number of Chairman and CEO positions in both the public and private sectors over the last 25 years, and has previously been an FCA Approved Person while employed in the financial services sector. Steve’s current roles include being Senior Independent Director at Ceres Power Plc, and since 2016 being CEO at Northgate Public Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC Corporation.
Steve said: “I’m very excited to be appointed Chairman of activpayroll: it’s a fantastic platform from which to grow and scale with lots of opportunity. I am looking forward to working with the activpayroll team and applying my expertise to help us achieve our future goals and objectives.”
