activpayroll, the global payroll and tax compliance specialist headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland is delighted to announce the appointment of Lawson Brackpool to its Board of Directors.

Lawson joins as Group Finance Director alongside his new position on the Board. As a Chartered Management Accountant, he brings over 25 years’ experience working in industry.

Having worked in a variety of roles and sectors, including energy, mining, media and publishing, Lawson has exceptional international accounting experience and extensive skills in team leadership, business turnaround, process improvements and decision support.

This appointment comes after his crucial role in the Group’s continued global expansion journey and helping with the opening of various international offices. Lawson will be based in activpayroll’s Edinburgh office, allowing him to support with the growing customer demand in the Central Belt.
