Andrew Philp is Chief Financial Officer at activpayroll, where he leads the accelerated growth and expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. Andrew is dedicated to helping businesses untangle the complexities of scaling in APAC with its differing laws and nuances. He focuses on growth, delivering operational success, and building a robust team in the region. His rich background enables Andrew to grasp the complexities of customers' issues comprehensively and apply his practical experience to develop effective, long-term transformative projects. His deep understanding of global business dynamics and regulatory landscapes enhances his capacity to drive meaningful change and deliver sustainable results for his clients.

Before joining activpayroll, Andrew held senior roles at KPMG in the UK and Sweden, gaining experience in financial audits, SOC 1 audits, process improvement, and technical vendor assessments. He traveled extensively to the UK, Dubai, Houston, Sweden, and the Netherlands, which enhanced his understanding of diverse markets. At KPMG, he consistently delivered projects within budget, received top marks on all reviewed engagements, and managed a process improvement project that delivered a 12% improvement in the customer's EBITDA.

Andrew’s work has been recognised across the industry. Recently, he was appointed as a Board member of the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (BMCC), further solidifying his influence and leadership within the region.
