Jenny Chaney is the Associate Director of People Operations for 3Degrees, a global company that provides renewable energy and transports decarbonisation. Her role is all encompassing and includes HR and payroll operations. Receiving pay and benefits on time and in line with global compliance is central to Jenny's responsibilities overseeing seven country payrolls. A reliance on multiple HRIS systems to process global payroll slowed 3Degrees growth as they sought global expansion. Prior to activpayroll integrations, 3Degrees found they lacked effective customer support and a unified platform for timely payment processing.

Coordinating payroll also became confusing and unmanageable. Employees gained time back to focus on strategic initiatives rather than continue to lose time due to payroll inaccuracies and face potential fines. 3Degrees HR team was able to remove roles which led to a reduction of one and a half full-time equivalent (FTE) positions, saving the company $100,000 annually.
