As Chief Restructuring Officer of Thomas Cook Group PLC, he led the turnaround of a £10 billion business, stabilising its capital structure and supporting the creation of a clear strategic future. 

With more than 20 years as a senior partner at PwC, Zubin advised on some of the UK’s most complex restructurings, financing events, and growth programmes across sectors including banking, travel and leisure, manufacturing, healthcare, and transport. He also built PwC’s Risk, ESG, and Cyber practices to market-leading positions, each recognised as top-ranked by independent analysts. 

Alongside activpayroll, Zubin is Chair of MPLC, a global leader in non-theatrical content licensing, representing over 1,000 movie studios and television producers across 27 countries. 

Zubin holds a first-class honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Bristol and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the ICAEW.
