    Biography

    Sue Daniels is Head of Global Projects at activpayroll, where she leads the global project management function. She is responsible for ensuring complex client projects are delivered on time and in line with agreed plans, coordinating payroll, payments, general ledger, technical integrations, and other key workstreams. Through a structured project methodology and proactive risk management approach, Sue helps clients achieve smooth and successful global transitions.

    Project Management Leadership

    Sue leads activpayroll’s global project management team, overseeing the delivery of client implementations and strategic business initiatives. She has successfully managed large-scale transformation projects, including the migration of more than 450 UK payrolls onto a new payroll platform with minimal disruption to clients.

    Payroll and Project Management Expertise

    With more than 25 years of experience, Sue has held a wide range of operational and leadership roles across payroll implementation, business-as-usual operations, global implementations, solution design, and project management. This breadth of experience gives her a deep understanding of the end-to-end payroll lifecycle and client delivery process.

    Sue works closely with teams across the business, including Business Development, Customer Success, Global Implementation, and Technology. Her collaborative approach ensures projects are delivered efficiently while aligning client objectives with operational and technical requirements.
