With more than 30 years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping, Mel is focused on delivering accurate, compliant, and consistent payroll services while supporting the continued growth of activpayroll’s presence across the region.

Regional Payroll Leadership
Since joining activpayroll in 2017 to establish the Perth office, Mel has led the growth of payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing both client implementations and ongoing service delivery.
Operational Growth and Service Delivery
Mel has successfully scaled regional operations to support more than 8,000 payslips per month while expanding the range of services provided to clients, including State Payroll Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), and Employee Share Scheme (ESS) lodgements.

A Registered BAS Agent, Mel is committed to ongoing professional development and maintaining the highest standards of payroll compliance. She actively shares her expertise with both clients and colleagues, ensuring teams remain up to date with legislative and operational requirements.
