    Manish Mehta is Regional Director for Payroll Operations and Head of Global Support Services at activpayroll, where he plays a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region. He brings extensive experience in payroll strategy, operations, and leadership, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, high-quality managed services across complex markets. .

    Regional Leadership

    Manish leads payroll operations and global support services across APAC, driving operational excellence, service delivery, and continued regional growth as part of activpayroll’s global strategy.

    Entrepreneurship and Business Growth

    He founded Propay Partners in 2001, a managed payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and HR services business operating across Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, the company grew into a recognised industry player and was successfully acquired by activpayroll in 2022, after which Manish joined the Group.

    Global Operations Experience

    Prior to founding Propay Partners, Manish worked at HSBC in Malaysia, where he supported the centralisation of banking operations and improvements in customer service standards.

    Industry Engagement

    Manish contributes to industry development through his involvement with the EU–Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HR Committee), the British Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (Talent Network), and is an active member of the National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM).

    Manish holds a degree in Finance from the National University of Malaysia, graduating with honours.
