    Jade Hume is Head of Onboarding at activpayroll, leading global Payroll Onboarding and Technical Solutions teams across Singapore, the US, France, Germany, and the UK. She oversees onboarding delivery across more than 150 countries, ensuring clients are implemented efficiently, accurately, and with the right long-term payroll solution in place.

    Jade leads both Payroll Onboarding and Technical Solutions teams globally, ensuring consistent delivery standards across multiple regions and complex international implementations.

    With 15 years of payroll experience, Jade has worked across in-house UK payroll (Oil & Gas), global BAU payroll operations, and international payroll implementations, progressing into leadership roles across global payroll and technical operations.

    She works closely with the COO, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure clients are onboarded with the most effective solutions, balancing operational efficiency with long-term scalability.
