Dennis Reins

Dennis leads activpayroll’s global mobility operations through LIMES international, supporting organisations and individuals with the challenges of international employment, taxation, social security, immigration, and workforce mobility. His expertise helps clients manage cross-border assignments, remote working arrangements, compliance obligations, and workforce mobility strategies with confidence.

As Managing Partner of LIMES international, a wholly owned subsidiary of activpayroll, Dennis plays a key role in driving the growth and development of the Group’s international mobility services. Prior to joining LIMES international, he founded and led TTT Group, successfully building an advisory and compliance practice focused on global mobility and international employment services. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at PwC, developing expertise across international tax and mobility disciplines.

Dennis has worked with a diverse portfolio of multinational organisations, including numerous US-based clients, delivering complex advisory engagements and tailored international employment solutions. His ability to combine technical expertise with commercial understanding helps organisations manage global workforces and international expansion effectively.

A long-standing contributor to the global mobility profession, Dennis has served as co-editor of several tax and mobility publications and has delivered training programmes, workshops, and technical seminars throughout his career. He is passionate about sharing knowledge and helping organisations stay ahead of developments in international employment, taxation, and workforce mobility.

With experience spanning international tax, mobility, and employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, Dennis brings a global perspective to helping organisations and individuals navigate an increasingly mobile workforce.
