    Charlie leads product and technology strategy at executive level, ensuring innovation is embedded in business planning, governance, and long-term growth. He established product management as a key driver of growth, helping elevate activpayroll’s industry position and supporting strategic partnerships with leading HR software providers.

    Technology Transformation and Delivery

    He has led major global technology initiatives, including the delivery of new payroll platforms, technical due diligence and integration of acquisitions, and large-scale efficiency programmes that improved operational performance. Charlie also introduced modern development practices, including agile methodologies and cloud technologies, improving system reliability and scalability with no disruption to customers.

    With over 25 years’ experience in technology leadership, Charlie oversees the architecture and delivery of activpayroll’s digital platforms, ensuring high performance, security, and compliance. He has led the achievement of ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications, reinforcing trust and data protection standards.

    Charlie brings extensive experience scaling SaaS HR and payroll platforms internationally. Prior to activpayroll, he held senior leadership roles at SD Worx and Ceridian, where he led product and technology teams supporting organisations across Europe and global markets.
