    Andrew Philp is Chief Financial Officer at activpayroll, where he leads the financial strategy, operational performance, and company-wide transformation agenda. He works closely with the CEO and leadership team to support scalable growth, strengthen financial control, and ensure the business is positioned for long-term profitability across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

    Andrew provides commercial and financial insight at Board and investor level, helping ensure that strategic decisions are supported by robust planning, clear performance metrics, and strong governance.

    He led the acquisition and integration of activpayroll Malaysia and previously headed the APAC business, where he supported regional growth and helped build high-performing, multi-jurisdictional teams.

    A Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with over 15 years’ experience, Andrew oversees international finance operations across multiple regions, with responsibility for working capital, reporting quality, and cash performance.

    Andrew brings extensive experience supporting internationally scaling businesses. He previously held senior roles at KPMG in the UK and Sweden, specialising in audit, SOC 1 assurance, process improvement, and vendor assessments.
