The event, themed “Navigating the Future”, will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in the Novo Nordisk offices on Thursday 8th November 2018 from 09:00 – 12:00. The event will be facilitated by Propay Partners, a payroll and employee mobility solutions company and co-hosted by Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company with 95 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes care.
The panel will discuss how to translate an organisation’s core purpose to deliver extraordinary results. Audience members will gain an insight into the emerging concepts of organisations with purpose that transcend far beyond product and profit, and purpose-led leadership, which require a review of traditional leadership styles to successfully drive a purpose-led business.
On the panel, Alison will be joined by Panel Moderator, P. Raj Kumar, Managing Partner of CnetG Asia, Patrizia Fogheri, People & Organisation Director of Novo Nordisk and Bharat Avalani, CEO of Connecting the Dots.
