On 5 June 2019, Alison was announced as one of 300 professionals to make the Reward 300 list. The celebratory evening revealing the index and winners took place at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel, London. It followed on from the first day of the Payroll & Reward Conference, headline sponsored by Western Union Business Solutions.
The Reward 300 list is chosen by a panel of experts from Reward Strategy magazine (formally Payroll World magazine) and comprises of the 300 most influential and dedicated leaders in payroll, HR, employee benefits, workplace pensions and associated sectors.
Alison commented “I’m absolutely delighted to make the list again this year and to see my name alongside some of the biggest names within the industry.
