As part of activpayroll’s continued expansion and to champion the focus and commitment to its information security requirements, Fiona Kelly has recently joined the team, taking up the position of Information Security Officer.

Fiona shall have overall responsibility for managing Security and Resilience at activpayroll, covering all of the company’s global locations. Security and Resilience is a key business priority at activpayroll and Fiona’s primary responsibility is making sure that activpayroll’s people, process and security technology are best-in-class to fulfil the company’s requirements.

Fiona is a passionate advocate for Security and Resilience with over 20 years of Financial Services experience including Anti Money Laundering Risk, Operational Risk, Audit and Assurance, IT Change Management and Information Security Consultancy. Fiona believes that people are the first and best line of defence in making sure that an organisation is “safe and sound”; working with the business teams to support them every day through a ‘Be Safe’ culture.

With an inclusive leadership style, Fiona believes that Security and Resilience is a whole business activity and each colleague has a part to play – a style which has developed over several years of working with international and domestic operations and security teams delivering security projects.

The customer is at the heart of what activpayroll does, however Fiona understands and believes that colleagues are the cornerstone of making that happen. Fiona is an ardent believer in the view that ‘People Make Information Security Happen’ and the activpayroll Security and Resilience Function will be underpinned by colleague engagement with a collaborative team approach supporting activpayroll to deliver world class services to customers.

By scaling, streamlining, or ensuring your people are taken care of, we bring absolute clarity to your global business.
