With a commitment to helping other local businesses grow and succeed, the activpayroll team are supporting Projekt 42, a not-for-profit community gym based in Leith, by delivering payroll services for the new venture.
Projekt 42 is a social enterprise gym that aims to help those who attend achieve mental and physical wellbeing through carefully crafted fitness classes, guided meditation, life coaching and counselling at an affordable price for all.
Despite only opening in April 2017, Projekt 42 has been greatly recognised for its efforts in the community, most recently winning the ‘best start up organisation’ award at the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. The project has been hugely successful within the community and has seen over 11,000 fitness classed booked since opening.
With the need to help as many people as possible benefit from the services provided, Projekt 42 is working hard to secure a larger and more permanent location for the gym. activpayroll wants to support the project by taking away any payroll burdens from the team so that they can focus on what really matters – creating a space where the community can enjoy affordable fitness classes, life coaching and counselling.
