Systems play a key part in enabling process efficiency throughout most processes and payroll is no different. When you combine this fact with the requirement for outsourcing and the potential for multiple systems and vendors to be involved, how well the systems work together (i.e. the seamlessness of the System Integrations) becomes a key consideration for both the customer and activpayroll.
Over the past 20 years, across more than 1,200 customers, our team have amassed a huge array of skills and experience.
As a direct result of activ8’s modular approach and design as a middleware layer for customers, activpayroll can collate the different data types required by the payroll process (HR data, Payments & Deductions data, Expenses data, Time & Attendance data and of course Benefit data) from any combination of different vendors. Our system agnostic approach provides the customer with total freedom to select the best systems to provide the functionality that best suits their business or maximises any existing investments, safe in the knowledge that activ8 can complete their “data landscape”.
Over the past 20 years, across more than 1,200 customers, our activTechnology team have amassed a huge array of skills and experience in the integration of external systems to feed our payroll processing engines. Our experience has culminated in the development of our Configurable Integration (Integr8) and Validation (Valid8) modules, minimising risk and maximising control during the flow of data between systems and teams.
Some example systems include: Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, Kronos, TimeTarget, Concur and many, many more.
Integrations can be introduced using our tried and tested file specifications, which have been honed to perfection over the last decade, or can be tailored specifically to suit any specific customer requirements or system configuration constraints, including (but not limited to) scheduled / automated file delivery / receipt and PGP encryption.
