Q: What industry trend should organisations keep an eye on?
A: Project management is becoming increasingly critical in global payroll and mobility as organisations seek greater structure, governance, and visibility across complex international implementations. The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively is key to ensuring successful outcomes.
Q: What’s the most rewarding part of your role?
A: The most rewarding part of my role is working closely with clients, building strong relationships, and solving challenges collaboratively to ensure successful and timely go-lives. I am also passionate about developing and evolving the project management function, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement across both the team and the wider business.
Q: What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
