Claire Yule joined activpayroll in October 2018 as a Global Payroll Coordinator, managing delivery for approximately 25 clients at the Aberdeen HQ. Following maternity leave, she took on the newly created Payroll Partner Manager role, overseeing relationships with our Payroll Partners, and has recently transitioned into the Strategic Partnerships Manager role.
Her story highlights the importance of professional development, building strong networks, and progressing within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Claire quickly immersed herself in global payroll processes while building strong client and colleague relationships.
“I wanted to grow and learn more – the chance to move into a new team and take on a different challenge was something I couldn’t turn down.” Claire reflects.
In 2021, she became the first-ever Payroll Partner Manager, a role that involved building relationships with new Payroll Partners and managing partner operations. Recently, she stepped into the Strategic Partnerships Manager role, focusing on long-term partner strategy and growth.
“It was challenging to start from scratch with new partnerships, but using my experience and the support of my manager helped me gain confidence quickly.” she adds.
