As a corporate sponsor of Charlie House for three years now, activpayroll is delighted to be sponsoring the Rotary Clubs of Aberdeen & District annual raffle, with all funds raised going directly to Charlie House.

2020 has been a particularly tough year for Charlie House, the charity has seen an 84% increase in requests for support amid the COVID-19 pandemic and really need all the support they can get. Charlie House want to continue helping make life better for babies, children and young people who have life-threatening or life-limiting conditions and to support their loved ones, however they need the generosity and support of others to help them do so.

In a bid to help the charity raise as much vital funds as possible, activpayroll has become a sponsor for the Charlie House Rotary Raffle alongside two other businesses. There are three amazing prizes up for grabs, including:

Alison Sellar, CEO of activpayroll, comments: “It is without doubt a very hard time for charities and it is heartbreaking to know that some are struggling to support those who really need it. With most of our CSR challenges cancelled this year due to COVID-19, we still really wanted to help Charlie House and this was the perfect opportunity. We thought the donation of a bike would be a great prize for someone given the current pandemic as cycling is a great escape and a way to keep fit during a time where other activities are limited."
