As we venture into the next phase of our growth, enabled by technology and one of the most experienced international payroll and expatriate tax teams in the world, we are delighted to be recruiting for a brand-new role within our Business Development team in Hungary – Business Development Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a methodical and detail driven sales professional to add tangible value to the success of our business and directly impact our growth strategy. Supporting our Regional Business Development Manager in country, alongside our UK based business development team, you’ll provide valuable insights and market intelligence to help inform our sales strategy, while generating a pipeline of leads and new business opportunities within our target markets.

And now for the technical bit:

  • Following a defined approach, you’ll be responsible for consistently generating leads using LinkedIn, email and other social media and virtual methods
  • You’ll use your research skills to data mine social media channels, especially LinkedIn, to identify the best targets for outreach and find contact information
  • Using prepared templates as a basis, you’ll create compelling materials, emails and other communications to maximise success from each target interaction
  • Inputting data to our CRM and other databases to manage and record the approaches made, you’ll provide maximum insight into our progress and follow up where necessary
  • Reacting to positive responses with further outreach and follow up, you’ll drive interactions to convert prospects into calls
  • Organising meetings with prospective clients, in coordination with the Regional Business Development Manager and UK based Business Development team
  • You’ll undertake market research and other analysis to identify business opportunities, customer prospects and new segments and markets to target for outreach.

  • Tech savvy with a great knowledge and understanding of how to utilise social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional English written language skills
  • Engaged and curious outlook, interested in building your sector knowledge and driven to understand the business and our customers
  • Motivated to build a progressive and professional career in sales or related discipline
