Global Payroll Manager

As Global Payroll Manager Simon leads our team of payroll specialists delivering global payrolls in over 70 countries around the world.

Simon previously supported the safe and efficient operation of submarines, ships and aircraft around the world in his logistics role at the Royal Navy for over seven years.

During this time he directly supported a Chief Executive, and controlled financial budgets within the Royal Navy logistics operation.  Simon mentored and trained Royal Navy Trainees, to help them develop their careers.

He learned management skills during his time in the Navy, and successfully led a team to deliver timely and auditable financial support to the Navy.

Previously Simon worked as a Quantity Surveying Technician, learning about the complex nature of financial controls and working to tight deadlines accurately.

Simons past experience combined and his in-depth knowledge of the global territory compliance requirements equip him to effectively lead our Global Payroll Team.
