As Global Payroll Implementation Manager, Katy manages our dedicated team ensuring that new payrolls are implemented accurately, on-time and in compliance with international territory requirements in over 70 countries.

Katy began working for activpayroll in 2001 during her final year at Robert Gordons University, where she graduated with an honours degree in Business Management. 

Over her tens years of experience in Payroll, Katy has progressively managed various activpayroll teams, developing a very wide and comprehensive knowledge base of international payrolls and taxation.

Katy has managed international projects to streamline software integration between activpayroll information systems and those used by our clients, resulting in significant process efficiencies for both parties.

Katy has developed a specialist niche of understanding the challenges of implementing complex international payrolls. Her experience and analytic abilities enable her to proactively identify and mitigate issues before they occur; giving our clients the confidence their international payrolls will be delivered on-time and in full compliance with local and international regulations.
