Global activ8 Manager

After graduating with an honours degree in Management from Robert Gordon's University, Graham joined activpayroll in 2008 joining our Global Payroll Team. Graham spent a six month University placement working in New York, learning about American service delivery.

He initially spent two years learning about the complexities of global payroll and multinational service delivery working on global accounts in our Global Payroll team.

Graham then led our Implementation Team, managing the process of starting new service provision for our global clients. His strong industry knowledge and business acumen enabled him to improve service delivery processes.

With a strong focus on service delivery excellence and remote support processes, Graham was given the challenge of leading our activ8 team as Global activ8 Manager.

activ8 is a revolutionary set of web based people management tools that enhance the efficiency of an organisation’s flow and delivery of information to employees. Graham has been instrumental in managing the team behind the design, management and ongoing delivery of this service.
